Jeffrey joined GGFL in 1984, after moving from Montreal where he grew up and started his career.  He was admitted to the partnership in 1991.  Jeffrey is a compassionate person who makes concerted efforts to be available to staff and clients alike.

"I want my staff to feel comfortable coming to me if they are having a problem, either work-related or personal," explains Jeffrey.  "I take an interest in their well-being, and I want to create a positive work environment where the staff know that I am as committed to working as hard for them as they do for GGFL.  This benefits the firm as a whole and, in particular, our clients."

Jeffrey is the consummate professional and quintessential family man.  He has found a balance between working with his clients, his commitment to his community, and spending quality time at home.  "We endeavour to ensure our clients and their families receive the best possible service.  We work even harder to ensure it's not at the expense of our families."
