Lisa joined GGFL in December 2003 and was promoted to Director of Human Resources in January 2007.  She had moved from Nova Scotia where she was employed in HR at a manufacturing plant and had worked as an HR consultant to a variety of businesses.  Her background also includes developing curriculum materials, coordinating programs, and teaching and facilitating workshops at the College of the North Atlantic in Newfoundland.
