Pat came to GGFL on a University of Waterloo student work term in 1981 and became a partner in 1998.
Pat's family life gives her some extra insight when anticipating client needs: "My husband has his own business, so I understand the client concerns and frustrations, particularly with issues such as government paperwork."
Such understanding helps Pat build meaningful relationships with clients. "We take a long-term approach by investing time to really get to know our clients. We want to do things right - not simply get things done."
