Ron joined GGFL in 1990 as an audit staff. He became an Assurance & Advisory Services Manager in 2000, then rose to the ranks of Principal in 2007. Ron's “cheerful disposition” has followed him along the way.
His upbeat nature at GGFL stems from “the smile of satisfaction I see on the partners' and clients' faces for a job well done,” and “the rewarding experience of being able to work with such a great team of people.”

Ron feels his ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines has been key to his success. “I have been able to develop the discipline to get the work done and respond to my clients' needs in a timely manner.”
