Client Safety and Care During COVID-19

Due to the on-going city-wide lockdown, GGFL staff are primarily working from home. For this reason, and to ensure the safety of our clients, we will continue to hold virtual meetings only at this time. Our office will remain open during our regular business hours, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, for document drop-off.

While we are excited to be taking steps to return to some semblance of normalcy, we are also ensuring that we remain in strict accordance with the best health and safety advice from national, provincial and local authorities.

The health and welfare of staff and clients has been our overarching concern since this virus hit and it remains so. As such, we have put many regulations in place which both our staff and clients will need to adhere to in order to maintain a safe environment.

Client Safety and Care

We have put in place numerous new practices to ensure the safety and health of our staff, and to ensure our clients and visitors can enter our premises with minimal concern.

Dropping off documents

All clients and visitors will be required to wear a mask at all times while in our office – masks will be provided to those who do not have one.

When arriving at the office, there is as a limit of one person (or family) in the elevator at a time. Our reception desk has now been fitted with a plexiglass shield. A cleaning station has been set up in the reception area for those who wish to sanitize their hands.

Our secure drop boxes will remain at reception for documents and mail. All deliveries are quarantined for the recommended 48 hours before they are opened and disseminated by our receptionist.

Online meetings.

We will continue to encourage virtual meetings through the use of Zoom and SKYPE whenever possible.

Thank You

In this unprecedented time, we are so grateful to our clients for their continued patience and support. We appreciate your understanding as we move through these uncharted waters and as we continue to make changes to ensure we can all remain safe and healthy.
