Thanks to the dozens of clients who have delivered their documents to our secure drop boxes. We appreciate your effort and co-operation as we rapidly re-adjust during this difficult period.

To clients who prefer this delivery method, but who might have missed our previous messages, here are the details:

We have set up two secure drop boxes in the ground-floor foyer of our building for clients wishing to drop-off tax documents at our office. The drop-off will be available Monday-Friday between 10:00am and 12:00pm.

Please ensure your name, telephone number and email address are clearly labeled on the outside of the envelope. No GGFL staff will be present.

Envelopes will be collected daily and held in quarantine for the recommended time period before being opened. Once opened, we will scan all the documents and enter them into our workflow.

Uploading documents using our secure ShareFile portal remains the most effective and time-efficient way to ensure your documents are received safely and your tax filing is managed in the most efficient manner.

If all else fails, we can still receive copies of your receipts and tax information via fax. Please be sure to put your name, telephone number and email address on each page. Our fax number is 613-728-8085.
