Thanks to the dozens of clients who delivered their documents to our secure drop boxes during our office closure. We appreciated your effort and co-operation as we rapidly re-adjusted during this difficult period.

We are pleased to announce that our office is now open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, and that deliveries will now be accepted during these hours. A secure drop box has been set up in our reception area where documents can be placed for distribution to our staff after the appropriate quarantine period.

To those who might have missed our previous messages regarding the use of our drop boxes, here are the details:

Please ensure your name, telephone number and email address are clearly labelled on the outside of the envelope.

Envelopes will be collected daily and held in quarantine for the recommended time period before being opened. Once opened, we will scan all the documents and enter them into our workflow.

Uploading documents using our secure ShareFile portal remains the most effective and time-efficient way to ensure your documents are received safely and your tax filing is managed in the most efficient manner.
