We are excited to introduce a new online payment system that offers you additional conveniences. You now have the option to pay by credit card or with an electronic transfer directly from your bank account. Our billing system records your payment as soon as you pay your bill. You can see all outstanding invoices and any invoices paid after May 2, 2023.
Beginning May 2, 2023, all invoices and statements have a unique link that will take you directly into our new payment system, where you can pay your outstanding invoices. If we provide services to more than one business or individual in a related group, please see the instructions below under “See related invoices.”
After you select Pay Now below you can access your invoices as follows:
Please enter the email address to which we send your invoices.
You will receive an email with a unique verification code, so we know it’s you.
Don’t see the email? Please check your junk mail and verify that the email address matches the one to which we send your invoices.
Select Show more Options to enter invoice details – invoice number and total amount owing.
You can pay your invoice directly from your bank account via electronic transfer with the following bank account information found on a cheque or your online banking account page.
- Account Name: The name associated with your bank account
- Institution Number: Your bank’s Institution Number
- Transit Number Your bank branch transit number
- Account Number: Your account number
- Select Pay Now in the Electronic Transfer Section
- Review the invoice and amount
- You can choose Securely save this bank account for future use on this page, so next time you don’t have to re-enter your banking details.
- Select Next at the bottom of the screen to complete the transaction
The next screen will confirm your payment. You will receive a copy of the receipt by email.
- Select Pay Now in the Credit Card Section
- Enter your name as it appears on your credit card, the card number, the expiry date and security code.
- You can choose Securely save this bank account for future use on this page, so next time you don’t have to re-enter your credit card details
- Select ‘Next’.
The next screen will confirm your payment. You will receive a copy of the receipt by email.
