Growing up, I had always planned on becoming a teacher. Despite not going down that path, all of the things that had originally drawn me to teaching serve me well as an accountant: educating, supporting people, and watching them and their businesses grow and develop.

I have always been fascinated by businesses and how people run them. An owner-managed company is not just the owner’s work – it’s their life.
