GGFL is delighted to announce that Christian Perry has joined the firm’s partner team.
Christian started working at GGFL as a first-term co-op student in 1994 and prior to his new appointment was an associate partner.
“Christian’s commitment to the firm and to client service is second to none,” said GGFL Managing Partner Josh Engel.
“Within the firm, Christian’s advice is often sought on complex technical matters to ensure we are in compliance with professional standards,’ said Josh.
“While Christian is recognized as a leader in the office for his technical expertise, it is his ability to go beyond the numbers to better understand and analyze his client’s business – to provide proactive advice and practical business solutions – that result in him providing exceptional client service that is the cornerstone to GGFL’s success.”
Christian is working today with some of the same clients he first encountered as a GGFL co-op student.
“It speaks to the value our firm places on service to our clients,” said Christian. “We treat their business and personal lives holistically, as if our clients are members of our family. It’s our commitment to that level of service that builds loyalty.”
Aside from his assurance and tax planning work, Christian is keen on data analysis and enjoys keeping abreast of the latest developments in accounting software.
He has also been the treasurer of Thirteen Strings Chamber Orchestra for many years, reflecting his interest in and support for the performing arts.
