GGFL Wins Best of Accounting Award For Service Excellence

GGFL is very pleased to announced that we have won the 2022 Best of Accounting Award for outstanding client service. In October, we invited all of our clients to take part in a client service survey conducted by the independent research company, ClearlyRated. We heard from close to 500 clients and we were pleased to learn that 80% of clients rated us a 9 or 10 out of 10 for overall satisfaction! This is the fourth time we have run this client satisfaction survey, and, thanks to the input from clients, we have taken actions that have resulted in higher client satisfaction year after year.

From our clients’ comments, we learned that the high quality of our work and our thorough understanding of their business and needs are highly valued. Being more proactive and enhancing the value we deliver are important to our clients. While we have made steady improvement in these areas over the years, we are listening and will continue to make efforts to fully meet our clients’ expectations in the years to come.
