As we continue to grow, excellence in client service is of foremost importance to GGFL when hiring professionals for our management team.
We are pleased to welcome three excellent new management staff that embody GGFL’s high standards of professionalism and work ethics:
In early October, Lyman Gardiner joined GGFL as an Associate Partner, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in Ottawa helping private companies succeed in a range of industry segments, including real estate, construction, manufacturing and retail. During his career in Ottawa, Lyman has held leadership roles at both an international and local firm. In addition to his CPA, CA designation, Lyman is a Chartered Business Valuator. He will be leveraging his experience to advise GGFL clients in assurance, tax, succession, and other key success factors.
Carolynn Landry, CPA, CA, joined the GGFL team in September as a Manager in Assurance & Advisory Services. She brings many years of public accounting experience from both local and international firms. Carolynn’s focus is on planning, assurance, and compliance services for owner-managed businesses, healthcare professionals, and NPOs. Outside of the office, she is a volunteer with CPA Canada’s Financial Literacy program, and a member of the Board of Directors of the Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre.
Émilie Tremblay, lawyer, M.Fisc., TEP, also joined us in September as a Tax Manager. She specializes in Canadian tax reorganizations for small and medium enterprises, professionals, and sole proprietorships. Having a special interest in estate planning and trusts, she recently obtained her Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. In also being a lawyer, Émilie will definitely bring a valuable perspective to the team.
We are confident that our clients will also welcome our new management team members as warmly as we have.
