Thanks to the dozens of clients who delivered their documents to our secure drop boxes during our office closure. We appreciated your effort and co-operation as we rapidly re-adjusted during this difficult period.
From January 1 through June 30th, our office is open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm; from July 1 through August 1st our office is open Monday to Thursday 8:30am to 4:30pm and on Fridays from 8:30am to 12:00pm; and from September 1st through December 31st our office is open 8:30am to 4:30pm (excluding holiday hours) – deliveries will now be accepted during these hours. A secure drop box has been set up in our reception area where documents can be placed for distribution to our staff after the appropriate quarantine period.
To those who might have missed our previous messages regarding the use of our drop boxes, here are the details:
Please ensure your name, telephone number and email address are clearly labelled on the outside of the envelope.
Envelopes will be collected daily and held in quarantine for the recommended time period before being opened. Once opened, we will scan all the documents and enter them into our workflow.
